Aaron Hall is the founder of Intropic Materials where he is currently working to solve the plastic waste problem from the inside out. Hall leverages his diverse set of professional experiences in consumer packaged goods R&D, consulting, and financial management, and strategy to guide his work. Hall earned his Ph.D. in materials science and engineering from UC Berkeley, where he led design and development of the novel enzyme stabilizing polymers at the core of Intropic, and a B.S. in chemistry from UC Santa Cruz. A Bay Area native and avid cook, Hall draws inspiration from the innovation culture and waste-not ethos of the kitchen.
